An Authorised Corporate Service Provider is a firm that has registered with Companies House under the ECCT Act 2023 to verify identities and file on behalf of clients. From 2025 onwards, only ACSPs will be able to perform certain Companies House functions — making the ACSP designation essential for anyone running a UK company.
Yes — directors, PSCs and members of LLPs all need to complete identity verification. We can do this under our ACSP authorisation in a single online session, removing the need to use the GOV.UK One Login route directly.
Yes — we offer registered office and director's service address services from our Crawley address for £12 and £8 per month respectively. We forward all statutory mail same-day.
